Blogs are easy to create, but.....
It is very easy to make a blog but very hard to make one that is going to earn you thousands of dollars a month. So hard, in fact, that only 3% of all blog owners are profiting from their blog at all.
There is good news to this and bad
The bad news: There are millions of blogs and only 3% are profiting. The blogs which are profiting have tens of thousands of visitors a day and the rest have only a few dozen views a day (if that). For some, the blogs have great niches but nobody knows they exist because of lack of marketing. For others, they spend a lot of time marketing but the content or design of their blog doesn't capture readers attention.
There is hope
The good news: There are thousands of bloggers making huge profits a day from blogging. The great thing is, they are not making their money from selling products. They make their money by writing great information that hundreds of thousands of people want to read. The more people that come to their sites, the more they are able to charge for advertising.
People know the sites that are doing well. There are blog search engines like Technorati and Google Blog Search which rank the blogs on their value. Getting high rankings on these sites means huge payouts.
